Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Salestwitch BV, managed by Ben Van Damme.

By confirming a reservation, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed once the payment or deposit has been received.
• Full payment must be made prior to arrival, as indicated in your booking confirmation.
• Prices include accommodation, utilities, and final cleaning (unless stated otherwise).

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival are refundable (minus any transaction fees).
• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
• No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
• We recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 15:00
• Check-out: before 11:00
• Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• The lead guest must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for the conduct of all occupants.
• Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
• The property must be used solely for residential purposes.
• Parties, events, or commercial activities are not permitted.
• Guests must comply with all local laws, noise regulations, and community rules.

5. Damage & Loss

• Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the property or its contents during their stay.
• Any damage must be reported immediately.
• Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

6. Liability

Salestwitch BV and its representatives are not liable for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. We cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions of utilities (electricity, water, internet) or other services beyond our control.

7. Force Majeure

Salestwitch BV is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or extreme weather events.

8. Data Protection

Personal data collected during the booking and check-in process is used solely for administrative and legal purposes, in compliance with GDPR and applicable local data protection laws. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy available on our website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Belgium.

Agreement

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
